Help with a missing, damaged or incorrect order
MooMenn is the seller for purchases made on this marketplace and handles customer service and after-sales support, including when a partner brand fulfils the order.
Contact care@moomenn.com with your order number if a parcel has not arrived by the expected delivery timeframe, tracking shows a problem, or an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described. You do not need to wait 30 days to report a delivery problem.
We will investigate with the relevant brand and carrier and arrange the remedy required by applicable law. Depending on the issue, this may include delivery, repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. An investigation does not extend a statutory remedy or refund deadline. We arrange or reimburse reasonable return costs where the law requires us to bear them.
Returns when you change your mind
For every supplier, log in to your MooMenn account, open the relevant order, select the items you wish to return and submit the return request. MooMenn reviews your request and sends you the return instructions once it is accepted.
In every country we serve, request an eligible return within 14 days after delivery, measured from the last item delivered if an order arrives separately. You then have 14 days after notifying us to send the goods back. Ordinary change-of-mind returns go to the same supplier location from which the item was shipped, as confirmed in your return instructions, and you arrange and pay for the return postage and shipping label where permitted by applicable law and disclosed before purchase.
If you cannot access your account or submit a return request, email care@moomenn.com. Our review concerns return arrangements. It does not restrict your statutory right to cancel or affect any statutory remedy or refund deadline.

Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights or more generous rights promised at purchase.
