Returns and refunds

For every supplier, log in to your MooMenn account, open the order, select the items you wish to return and submit the return request. MooMenn reviews it. Once accepted, we email the supplier-specific return instructions confirming the original supplier dispatch location as the return address. Mixed-supplier orders may require separate parcels.

You arrange and pay ordinary change-of-mind return postage where disclosed and legally permitted. Faulty-item remedies and mandatory return-cost exceptions remain protected. Read our return and refund policy for the 14-day request window, return period and full conditions.

If you cannot access your account, submit a request or find the return instructions, email care@moomenn.com. You may give any clear statement of statutory cancellation. Our review does not make statutory cancellation dependent on approval or extend a legal deadline.
